Winter Social

The South Parents-Only Winter Social is our annual Chili Chill Out and typically takes place in February. We raise funds for Post Prom, enjoy chili, and get competitive with trivia and the silent auction.

Up to 12 chefs are needed to provide a crock pot of chili for the event.  Proceeds from the Winter Social go directly to support Booster’s Post Prom event, which is held after Prom for all Juniors and Seniors.  Donations are needed for appetizers and desserts.

Chair Responsibilities

This committee recruits volunteers  to help gather silent auction items, set up, decorating, sell split the pot tickets, run trivia game, and help finalize silent auction sales when bidding closes. Help recruit 12+ chili competitors as well as advertise this well attended event.
