We’re looking for energetic parents to fill a few key leadership roles for the upcoming school year — including 1st VP, Volunteers, Football Ambassador, and more. These positions are a great way to connect with other parents, support our Raider community, and make a big impact (even with a small time commitment!).

It takes more than 30 committee members and hundreds of volunteers each year to bring our Booster events and initiatives to life - and we’d love for you to be part of it!
Volunteer opportunities range from 1–2 hour shifts at concessions or events to serving on a planning committee.
Whether you’re interested in chairing a fundraiser, helping with a social event, or simply lending a hand when you can — there’s a place for you in Boosters!

If you can't lead a committee but still want to get involved, many of our Chairs could use extra assistance. There are opportunities suited to various skillsets and schedules. Simply add your name to the volunteer list for the respective committee, and we'll reach out to you.

Join the Boosters Board
The Booster Board includes the President, 1st Vice President (Volunteers), 2nd Vice President (Membership), Treasurer & Secretary. Terms are 2+ years.
We are looking for someone to step into the roles of 1st VP. We are also looking for people to shadow the President, 2nd VP, and Secretary roles for next school year. If you are interested, please send an email to gbsboosterspresident@gmail.com

Chair a Booster Committee
Here are some of the committees offered by GBS Boosters that require assistance:
Hospitality
Coordinate the Teacher Appreciation lunch (Spring) and a few smaller initiatives at GBS
Acquisitions
Acquire donations from local businesses, GBS families & alum for silent auctions in fundraising events
Community & Alumni Relations
Network with members of the community and GBS alum to increase support for GBS and acquire sponsorship/donations
Corporate Sponsorship
Identify and promote ways for corporations to contribute to Boosters (Amazon Smiles, employee matching, etc.)
Restaurant/Giveback Nights
Local restaurants donate a percentage of sales on a promotional night to benefit GBS Boosters programs.
Concessions
Help manage this program through several available positions: equipment manager, volunteer coordinator, banker, etc.
Senior Fun Fest
Coordinate the end-of-year farewell fest for seniors on the final day of school
Special Events
Coordinate volunteers and activities for events like Pack the Place, Raider Pride Night, Blue & White Scrimmage
