Sports Pool Events

Join the Super Bowl and March Madness Squares Pool, or buy a Split the Pot raffle ticket. All community members are welcome! Win some money, and raise money for the Boosters.

Split the Pot raffles take place during 3-4 home football games and the Pack the Place Basketball Game.

Chair Responsibilities

Raffle licenses are required for all of the raffles in this category. The Super Bowl and March Madness pools take place online, including payment for squares. The Chair is responsible for handling payouts at the end of the Super Bowl and March Madness tournament. Send an email prior to each event to recruit participants. Advertise square sales. Setup online sites, create announcements, and monitor the process. Great for a virtual chair position and avid sports fan!

The Split the Pot raffle Chair maintains supply of raffle tickets and coordinates ticket sales. Count money and keep press box aware of money received during first half of the game.  Bring all tickets to press box and ask one of the coaches or announcers to pull a ticket.  Announce the winner at the start of 3rd quarter and ask winner to bring winning ticket to the booth.  Coordinate with Treasurer for cash boxes/bank and deposits.
