Pack the Place

A  fun event welcoming local feeder elementary schools and community members to show Raider Pride, have a meal and enjoy on one of the many sporting events and activities scheduled for the day.  Committee may pick a theme and catered meal of choice.

Chair Responsibilities

The Pack the Place Committee Chair works with the Concession Coordinator for indoor stand procedures as well as the Concession Purchaser to stock the food and beverage supplies in the stand for the night. Annual event held in January/February in coordination with a home basketball (girls and boys) game night. Coordinate date and details with Athletic Director. Choose caterer, order food, set pricing for catered items and coordinates volunteers for set-up, serving, clean up. Determine decorations and develop publicity. Coordinate with the Booster Treasurer for cash boxes/bank, reimbursement and deposits.
