LRC Volunteers

Help out during the school day in the school Learning Resource Center and Library.  Process books, help with special events and interact with students during the day. Low-key schedule with huge impact! Help keep the center organized and available for Glenbard South students.

Chair Responsibilities

Flexible hours during the school day. The chair recruits volunteers and sets up a schedule based on how often the volunteer wants to come in. Usually volunteers come on the same day of the week during the 1st/3rd weeks or 2nd/4th weeks and can choose which day works for them. Once days are assigned for the school months, volunteers can come in anytime on their scheduled day and typically stay for an hour or less. Typically 4-9 volunteers are needed.
