2nd VP, Membership
Be part of your student’s high school experience by helping families connect to the programs, events, and benefits that make Glenbard South special.
The 2nd Vice President of Membership oversees the Booster membership program, including activity passes and parking passes, and plays a key role in welcoming families into the Glenbard South Boosters community.
This role is a great mix of organization, behind-the-scenes coordination, and connection, with clear processes already in place and support from the Board and Treasurer. You’ll help ensure memberships are processed smoothly and that families have what they need to enjoy school events throughout the year.
Much of the work happens through email and simple tracking, with increased activity during the fall sports season and lighter involvement in winter and spring.
Time commitment is manageable and flexible, with most responsibilities concentrated early in the school year.
Perfect for someone who:
Is organized and detail-oriented
Is comfortable with basic spreadsheets and email
Enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes
Wants a meaningful way to stay connected to their student’s school experience
