Communications Coordinator
Be part of your student’s high school experience by helping share the information, events, and stories that connect Raider families to school life.
The Communications Coordinator plays an important behind-the-scenes role by managing how Booster information is shared across the website, newsletter, and social media. This role helps ensure families know what’s happening, how to get involved, and how Boosters support students throughout the year.
You’ll work closely with the President, Board members, and committee chairs to gather updates and publish clear, timely communications. Much of the content already exists — this role focuses on organizing, posting, and sharing information, not creating everything from scratch.
The time commitment is manageable and flexible, with most tasks handled digitally and on your own schedule. Activity increases around major events and fundraisers, with lighter involvement at other times of the year.
Perfect for someone who:
Enjoys communication, organization, and clarity
Is comfortable with basic website tools, email platforms, and social media
Likes working behind the scenes to support a larger team
Wants a meaningful but manageable way to stay connected to school life
No prior Booster experience is required, and transition support is provided. If you’re interested but want to better understand the role, we’re always happy to talk it through.
